Shipping Policy

Aurora Puzzles supports local Alaska artists; meaning every puzzle purchased is a one-of-a-kind creation. Our mission is to introduce 1-2 artists twice a year and showcase their original art in puzzle format.

Aurora Puzzles is a women owned company based in Anchorage, Alaska.

Every Puzzle undergoes rigorous quality checks, making it highly unlikely for pieces to be missing.

Please check the puzzle box, bags, trays and floors. Look under the puzzle board, in pet beds, and any other place you can think of. I've discovered missing pieces in some surprisingly unexpected places.

If you are still missing a piece, please email info@aurorapuzzles.com with the following information:

1. Clear and full photo(s) of the puzzle.

2. Grid Number, start from the top left corner of the puzzle, count over then down.

3. Name and mailing address.

Disclaimers:

1. Puzzles shift between cuts, meaning that the "missing" piece sent could be slightly off from the one you are missing.

2. Please allow 2-3 weeks for this service.
